I grew up around a large laboratory and worked with my father, Roy, and my uncle, Eloy, for many years before opening my own business. Third Coast Dental Laboratory is known for its customer service, as we frequently interact with patients and dentists chairside. It allows us to be hands-on, which both our clients and their patients appreciate. Recently, we have been able to take our services to another level with the help of the EyeSpecial C-III camera from Shofu.
How is the EyeSpecial C-III different from other cameras?
We get clear and consistent images every time. The Isolate Shade mode is the most valuable asset of the camera, graying out the soft tissue for optimal shade matching.
How does a clear picture help on a case?
The information is more accurate. If questions arise, we can easily snap a photo. Using the Draw/Edit Tool, notes can be written directly on the image. Little or no additional written or spoken communication is required.
What is the impact on you and your dentists?
We can communicate almost as if we were chairside. The camera helps us avoid problems or remakes. In the end, fewer adjustments are needed, and more precise cases are created, saving both time and money.
