Only 4.5% of US laboratory owners and managers are age 34 or younger, according to a National Association of Dental Laboratories survey, but Forbes says Millennials will make up 75% of the American workforce by 2025. Defined variably as the generation born in the early 1980s to the late 1990s, Millennials display some important differences of which all business owners and managers should be aware.
