Hiring, training, and getting new technicians up to speed bending wires is time consuming and costly. We are able to design wrap-around labial bows in approximately 3 minutes, and the AOS microBender can bend them in 30 seconds. Using the JawDraw® software, we can have technicians designing wires anywhere there is internet connectivity. Batching the files allows us, at peak efficiency, to bend approximately 100 to 110 wires per hour. That's pretty amazing!
