Pala® Lab Putty is a high-precision laboratory A-silicone developed specifically to provide dental laboratories with accurate and fast processing. Additional benefits include fast setting time (4 minutes at 23°C), dimensional stability over time (<0,05% after 24 hours), resistance to heat (eg, in a pressure curing unit), and strong resistance to tears. It can be combined with conventional light-body consistencies, and is available in two shore A hardnesses: 65 and 90.
Applications include fabricating hybrid overdentures, setting teeth in partial or immediate dentures, constructing provisionals or bars, duplicating models, and insulating teeth from plaster. Pala Lab Putty is manufactured by Kulzer, LLC.
