Edge Dental Solutions is a network of laboratories and services. We have a total of eight laboratories to include commercial laboratory affiliates with a central hub, a digital design studio, and our digital production center. We also offer a service in which we provide clients with their own dedicated in-practice laboratory. Our model is multifaceted, but our goals are simple: We are working to meet the demand for access to the best our industry has to offer with an eye on future state. Advancements in digital materials and workflow are big parts of that, and it's why we were excited about the opportunity to use Zahn Dental's new Trusana print material, which is validated for a variety of 3D printers, including Asiga.

How are Trusana's esthetics?
The level of detail in the tooth prints is unmatched. The surface hardness and translucency create a beautiful tooth.
How confident are you in the strength?
Highly. We have used the base material for try-ins so far, but in extensive testing, the surface hardness is impressive.
How is the workflow?
Excellent, exceeding our expectations. Additionally, our isopropyl consumption is drastically reduced due to material dispersion.
