Kuraray Noritake Dental introduced the KATANA Zirconia Multi Layered series in 2013. This year, the newest product specifically designed for KATANA Zirconia by Kuraray Noritake R&D was made available in the US market: Esthetic Colorant. With 12 shades, I find it extremely easy and efficient to use, and it enables me to create a variety of unique characteristics. My process is simple. First, I clean the surface of the milled zirconia. Next, I choose the applicable Esthetic Colorant shade. Then, I apply using the dedicated Noritake Liquid Brush Pen on the milled zirconia. Finally, I dry, sinter, polish, glaze, or employ porcelain layering. Esthetic Colorant simplifies my fabrication process, leading to successful esthetic outcomes and improved laboratory workflow. I highly recommend it.
