PREMIOtemp Clear Flex is a new thermoplastic for milling night guards and occlusal splints. While still considered a hard appliance, when the splint is heated in hot water it becomes softer and more flexible making it easier for the patient to insert. The material is FDA approved and comes in 98 mm and 95 mm diameters and heights up to 25 mm.
