Roland DGA Corporation, a provider of advanced digital manufacturing solutions—including inkjet printers, vinyl cutters, and dental mills for CAD/CAM applications—has announced the appointment of Dan Burmeister as its new president. The move signals a strategic push for growth in key markets, including the dental technology sector.
Burmeister, an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, steps into the role following the tenure of Amado Lara, who will now focus on expanding Roland DGA’s presence in Latin America as Vice President of Latin American Sales and Business Development—a new role created for Lara.
Having held executive positions at major print and digital manufacturing companies such as Canon, Eastman Kodak, Océ, Encad, and Xerox, Burmeister brings a wealth of experience in sales, marketing, and operations.
“Dan brings with him a wealth of print industry experience as well as the team-leading abilities needed to build upon Roland DGA’s incredible success as the North and South American marketing, sales, distribution, and service arm of our parent company, Roland DG Corporation,” said Andrew Oransky, CEO of Roland DGA. “He joins Roland DGA at a key point in the growth of our company’s sign and graphics business as well as its expansion into new and exciting markets.”
Burmeister expressed enthusiasm about his new role, highlighting the company’s legacy and its expanding portfolio. “Roland DG has a phenomenal brand name and a long history of innovation,” he stated. “They have recently expanded their offerings to allow entirely new groups of customers the chance to experience and benefit from Roland DG technology. I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to lead the talented team at Roland DGA, where my efforts will be centered on maximizing stakeholder value, from our employees to our partners and customers, as we expand our focus and the markets we serve.”
Roland DGA continues to be a trusted provider of dental CAD/CAM solutions, offering precision milling technology for dental labs and clinics looking to enhance efficiency and accuracy in digital prosthetics production.
