Zahn Dental is showcasing several new products and technologies at the 2025 LMT Lab Day in Chicago, with a focus on digital workflow solutions for dental laboratories. The meeting, taking place from February 20 to 22 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, features product launches, educational workshops, and panel discussions designed to enhance lab operations and profitability.
Zahn Dental is introducing its Zirlux® 3D Print Resins at the event. These resins are part of the Zirlux Digital Portfolio and are compatible with a range of 3D printers, including Asiga models. The five resin options cater to different lab needs, allowing for seamless integration into existing workflows. The company is also introducing Dental Direkt DD cubeY® HL Zirconia, a hybrid zirconia designed for large-span restorations without sacrificing aesthetics. The material’s precise layering and warm color help produce restorations that blend naturally with the surrounding teeth.
“We are excited to be at LMT LAB DAY 2025 to enhance and build connections that help power the future of dental labs,” said Rita Acquafredda, president of Zahn Dental’s Global Dental Lab & Prosthetic Solutions. “Team Zahn’s focus is solely on dental labs, and we remain committed to helping our customers thrive. We look forward to continuing to bring new advancements and technology to the market that deliver on this mission.”
Additional products being featured by Zahn Dental include the Trusana1 Denture System, an inkjet-based 3D printing solution designed for producing one-piece, fully monolithic dentures. This system reduces labor and improves consistency by eliminating the need for multi-step assembly and minimizing post-curing requirements. The company is also showcasing the Onnulus WRAP Pro, a system for managing unused UV resin in 3D printing labs, along with a variety of 3D printing resins from manufacturers such as Asiga, Dentsply Sirona, and Formlabs.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to explore a range of digital workflow technologies, including Amann Girrbach’s milling machines, zirconia, and benchtop scanners. Zahn Dental’s collaboration with Amann Girrbach is further highlighted by a connecting walkway between their booths, showcasing the companies' integrated solutions.
The event features several CE-accredited courses and expert-led discussions focused on emerging technologies and strategies for dental labs. Among the highlights are panel discussions on AutoFinish dental finishing machines and digital denture workflows, with insights from labs that have successfully implemented these technologies.
One-on-one consultations with Zahn Dental’s specialists are also available to help lab owners and technicians explore how to integrate new products and streamline their digital workflows. Additionally, Zahn Dental is hosting a cocktail party on February 21, offering further networking opportunities.
