Prodways Machines has introduced the DENTAL PRO Automated Line, a new industrial automation system designed to streamline 3D printing production for dental laboratories and aligner manufacturers. The system integrates automated platform loading and unloading with Prodways’ MOVINGLight® DLP technology, allowing for continuous, high-volume production with minimal manual intervention.
Building on the existing Dental Pro 3D Printer range, the DENTAL PRO Automated Line is designed to reduce bottlenecks in dental production while improving workflow efficiency. The system offers:
- Non-Stop Production: Automated job queuing and material loading eliminate downtime.
- Reduced Labor Costs: Minimizes manual handling, freeing technicians for high-value tasks.
- Scalability: A modular design that adapts to different lab sizes and production needs.
- Remote Monitoring: Real-time oversight and control of production workflows.
Key features include an automatic loader for continuous operation, a large build platform (300 x 445 mm) for batch production, and high-speed printing capabilities—handling up to 72 denture bases or 55 aligner models per print cycle. The MOVINGLight® technology ensures precision with a resolution of 42 μm per pixel.
