Clerri (formerly Kleer and Membersy), a dental care membership platform, has launched the Clerri Bridge, an integration tool designed to help dental practices manage patient memberships more efficiently from within their existing practice management software (PMS).
The Bridge aims to reduce administrative overhead by embedding membership-related tasks directly into a practice’s daily workflow. It automates routine processes and provides staff with real-time tools to identify uninsured or underinsured patients, communicate membership options, and complete enrollments without leaving the PMS environment.
“The Clerri Bridge is a significant step forward in our mission to help dental practices fill their schedules with cash-paying patients,” said Dave Monahan, Clerri’s CEO. “It's a seamless extension of our platform that helps practices easily manage their membership plan and enroll patients, resulting in more visits, more revenue, and more impact without disrupting their daily workflow.”
Currently available to practices using Clerri’s Pro platform tier, the integration is compatible with a broad range of PMS systems. Supported platforms include Dentrix (Core, Ascend, Enterprise), Eaglesoft, Denticon, Open Dental, as well as cloud-based systems such as Curve, Dolphin, PracticeWorks, and Cloud9.
Key functions of the Clerri Bridge include:
- Schedule View Integration: Allows staff to view patient insurance status—insured, uninsured, or membership—directly within the PMS schedule, enabling more targeted conversations.
- Automated Enrollment Insights: Highlights opportunities to enroll patients who may benefit from an in-house membership plan, reducing the need for manual plan calculations or discount estimations.
- Patient Savings Summary: Offers a simplified interface showing full procedure costs, membership pricing, and total savings to support front-desk staff during patient discussions.
- Streamlined Enrollment: Patient information is pulled directly from the PMS, enabling single-click enrollment and minimizing manual data entry.
The tool was piloted earlier this year through a beta program. According to Clerri, beta practices saw a 15%–20% average increase in new member sign-ups, and 73% of participating users reported that the application was “extremely easy to use.”
“The Clerri Bridge is very valuable to our practice. It cuts time and gives a clear visual for why our membership plan is so helpful and the projected savings for patients, which often is better than most private insurance plans,” said Donna Lizotte, Office Manager at Tewksbury Dental Associates.
The Clerri Bridge is now available for Clerri Pro customers. Those already using the platform can reach out to their account manager for activation.
