SuperMouth, a dentist-founded oral care company, has announced the release of a limited-edition Dubai Chocolate–flavored toothpaste and mouthwash. The products reflect an emerging trend of incorporating unconventional flavors into oral hygiene formulations while maintaining a focus on clinical performance.
The launch draws inspiration from the growing popularity of Dubai chocolate as a flavor profile across consumer markets. SuperMouth applies this trend to oral care by introducing a chocolate-forward formulation designed to offer an alternative sensory experience during routine hygiene practices.
The toothpaste and mouthwash are formulated with nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA), an ingredient associated with enamel remineralization, reduction of dentin hypersensitivity, and acid neutralization. According to the company, the nHA complex is combined with vitamins D3 and K2 to support calcium absorption and utilization, with the aim of reinforcing tooth structure.
Both products are available in fluoride and fluoride-free options. They are formulated without alcohol, antiseptics, or strong essential oils, which are commonly associated with disruption of the oral microbiome. Instead, the formulations incorporate prebiotics and xylitol, ingredients frequently used to support oral microbial balance and provide a protective coating on tooth surfaces.
The Dubai Chocolate collection is also described as nut-free, addressing potential allergen concerns. Additionally, the company reports that the formulations exclude titanium dioxide, artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). The products are designed to be safe if swallowed, a feature that may be relevant for pediatric and family use.
“Our goal was to capture the magic of Dubai chocolate and create oral care products that are genuinely beneficial,” said Dr. Kami Hoss, founder of SuperMouth and orthodontist of over 30 years. “By bridging the gap between indulgence and advanced dental science, we’re proving that taking care of your oral microbiome shouldn’t feel like a chore. Merging science with sensorial appeal makes healthy habits effortless to keep.”
The release highlights a broader shift toward patient-centered oral care products that prioritize ingredient transparency, safety, and user experience alongside clinical considerations.
