Sarah Anders, Chief Operating Officer of Ivoclar Vivadent, announced promotions and changes in the roles and responsibilities of several members of the organization’s team. They include John Stack being promoted to Vice President of Technical Sales and National Accounts; Wayne Ledford to Vice President of Customer Experience; and Craig Garner to Director of Integrated Sales and Support.

John Stack, Vice President of Technical Sales and National Accounts
Stack has generated significant sales growth over the years by building relationships with Ivoclar Vivadent’s clinical dealers, as well as by creating new opportunities for the company with large group practices. In his new role, he will assume the additional responsibility of leading the technical sales organization. Stack joined Ivoclar Vivadent in 2001. He has held several positions during his tenure, most recently as the Director of National Accounts.
Wayne Ledford, Vice President of Customer Experience
Ledford will continue in a leadership position by assuming the new role of Vice President of Customer Experience. His extensive background and success in understanding laboratory customers are expected to serve him well in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that maintain and extend Ivoclar Vivadent’s best in class service operations to customers as they embrace the digital future in an increasingly competitive marketplace. Ledford has been with Ivoclar Vivadent for 29 years. He joined the organization in 1987 as a Technical Sales Manager.
Craig Garner, Director of Integrated Sales and Support
Garner will focus his leadership role on customer and equipment services and integrated sales, playing a key role in defining and innovating future customer experiences through Ivoclar Vivadent’s Best Practices, Best Partner approach. With a proven track record of achievement—including driving the new ivoclarvivadent.com portal that will launch this fall—his emphasis on these key areas will be critical to Ivoclar Vivadent’s success. Garner joined Ivoclar Vivadent in 2009 and has been guiding the organization's Inside Sales team and Customer Service department during that time.
